Our woodshed buddy Rich created  this one of a kind D25 “Burnt Bubble Gum” head shell with his amazing relic work,  perfect for the artist who doesn't care about their gear in pristine condition. The Dynamis D25 gives you the most complete single-channel clean amp experience out there, adding switchable gain boost and lush reverb in a REVV RV90 equipped lightweight combo. Use the Two-notes reactive load and XLR out for direct recording, crank it loud through the speaker, or do both. Clean and edge-of-breakup tones ready for any gig.

versatile 'clean' tones

Revv's Dynamis clean tone is inspired by the classic Californian amps heard on countless albums with a few key changes, adding clarity and articulation suited for many styles. We say 'clean' tones because it has a wide gain range that can get quite crunchy but always stays together. We also took inspiration from D-style amps for a character in the mids that always cuts through.

Reactive Load & IRs

The D25 is a great tube amp to crank through its RV90 speaker. Do you have to use the direct capabilities? No. Will you want to? Definitely. The XLR-out provides a consistent mix-ready tone every time that still feels  & sounds like a tube amp - because it is! It works great for silent stages, recording, headphone practice & you can even edit & load your own IRs & add post-FX. 

the technical details

Many of the changes in the D20 MK2 were spearheaded by the D25, & we had some of Nashville's best session players get ears on it during development. These include the footswitchable gain boost for '2-channel' versatility, lush digital reverb, & tons of voicing tweaks. Of course as always the D25 is switchable from 25W to 5W & equipped with a transparent buffered FX loop.

The D25 is the most convenient combination of tube amp tone & direct performance capabilities we offer. The combo format & Torpedo-embedded XLR-out mean you can play loud or quietly with no extra equipment. It's lightweight, takes pedals great, & has built in reverb. Because it gains up nicely & is reactive to your volume knob, you don't even really need pedals.

In 2019 we released the world's first Two notes reactive load & impulse response tube amplifier: the D20.
