Title

Revv's 1x12 cabinet has a full tone & is the perfect size for portable heads like the G20 & D20. So when we developed the D20JL with Joey Landreth, we of course also made sure to create the 1x12JL in his exclusive colorway with his preferred speaker, the Revv RV90.

Revv cabinets are made in Canada with 18mm Baltic birch & feature simple quality of life upgrades like non-recessed jacks that are easy to find in the dark. 1x12s are convenient & record well, but are often a tonal compromise. Revv's speakers provide big sound & headroom so you get all the benefits of a 1x12 with a more balanced 'best of both worlds' tone suited to clean & dirty tones alike.

We carefully designed custom Revv Classic Series speakers with our friends at WGSâ„¢. The high-headroom & well-balanced RV90 is Joey's choice of speaker. We've received a lot of feedback that the D20JL excels at slightly dirty tones & has a musical midrange. The RV90 perfectly accentuates those qualities by letting the natural sound of any amplifier (not just the D20JL) shine through.

Title

Since day 1 at Revv, we've tested every amp we've designed with traditional cabs & popular speakers, in addition to our own cabs. This is so we're voicing our amps in a way that makes sense to the majority of guitarists. That's why when designing both our cabinets & speakers, we didn't want to throw out what works, but we also had plenty of experience with the common issues we've all encountered. Revv cabinets are 18mm Baltic birch with easy-to-remove back panels, easy-to-find jack plates, & a badge that illuminates to match channel LED color when connected to Revv amps. Revv speakers are based on industry-standard designs but with tweaks for increased balance, detail, & power handling. When you play a Revv cab, you're using the same made in Canada gear our artists rely on every night on world tours.
