The Revv Chat Breaker is a low-to-medium gain analog overdrive operating on a modified classic "Bluesbreaker" topology. Originally conceived as an experiment in generative AI, the circuit was entirely rebuilt and refined by human engineers to deliver a highly touch-sensitive, transparent overdrive without the output limitations of vintage units.

Utilizes a high-quality buffered bypass system to preserve optimal impedance, signal integrity, and high-frequency content over long cable runs.

Level

Designed to solve volume drop issues associated with traditional vintage Bluesbreaker circuits. Pushing the Level control provides the massive output required to organically drive the front end of an amp into natural saturation. This  allows the Chatbreaker to function as a transparent line driver or a foundational tone shaper in complex, cascading signal chains.

Drive

The Drive control effortlessly targets the edge-of-breakup sweet spot, allowing your signal to transition from clean to distorted based solely on your picking dynamics. While maintaining a dead-silent noise floor, the Chatbreaker sweeps seamlessly from a transparent, "always-on" light grit to thick, aggressive rock rhythms.

03 / Equalization

Rather than imposing a massive mid-frequency hump or an artificial EQ curve, the Tone knob allows you to perfectly match the specific high-frequency response of your guitar and amplifier combination. It sweetens the midrange slightly without muddying your core tone, preserving absolute clarity whether you are utilizing dark humbuckers or bright single-coil pickups.
