Threshold, Hold & Release

Maximize the G8's controls by setting the exact engagement using the Threshold. Eliminate stuttering during melodic rests and shape your decay with the adjustable Hold knob. Use the Release to dial in sharp, percussive chops to smooth, natural fades, exactly matching your playing style.

02 / routing

4-Cable Side-Chain Routing

Utilize the integrated Send and Return loop for absolute precision. Plug your clean guitar directly into the Input so the detector circuit monitors your uncompressed pick dynamics. Apply the noise reduction to the Return jack after your signal has been processed by noisy overdrives, fuzzes, and high-gain preamps.
