Title

The Generator 100P MK3 has the same boutique tube tone & powerful quality of life features as our flagship 120 MK3, but with a simplified front panel & lower price due to only utilizing a single high gain channel: the Purple channel. The Purple channel is Revv's signature sound - a unique midrange voice, even saturation, & string separation often referred to as 'mix ready' that's perfect for downtuned metal & good ol' rock & roll. The 100P features Two notes Torpedo-embedded DynIR Virtual Cabinet technology for going direct to FOH, studio monitors, or headphones. No cabinet required. A precise noise gate & lush reverb are  accompanied by a host of switching & voicing options to make getting the sound in your head faster than ever.

The 100P MK3 features 3 Generator channels. The squeaky clean Blue channel, versatile Green crunch channel, & tight Purple gain channel. It's a great option if you're looking for percussive & 3-dimensional gain sounds with lots of clarity, flanked by zero-compromise clean & crunch channels. Each channel has multiple voicing options to help find your new favorite tone.

We built the 100P MK3 from the ground up to be easy to use & solve problems. It has a world-class noise gate & reverb, 2 master volumes, a transparent buffered effects loop, & is fully programmable with or without MIDI. Not to mention the mix-ready XLR-direct-out tones without a cabinet. We also kept it simple, so if you're more of a "plug & play" guitarist, we've got you covered. 

the technical details

The Generator 100P MK3 is an all-tube amplifier made in Canada & designed for simple service with easy-access bias test points & fuses. It's also adjustable from 120w to 10w for lower volume playing, & the reactive load automatically engages to protect your amp when no cabinet is plugged in. All 100Ps are now made to Rev. B specs for more aggressive high gain tones.

the purple channel?

When you think Revv, the Purple channel is the sound you're imagining. Deep 3-dimensional clarity & detail under heavy gain with great string separation & tightness even when tuning low, but also lots of punch & musical harmonics that make it ideal for 'straight into the amp' organic rock tones. This is our signature mix-ready sound heard on iconic modern rock & metal records.

In 2019 we released the world's first Two notes reactive load & impulse response tube amplifier: the D20. In layman's terms, you can play your amp anywhere without a cabinet & get a professional miked up record-ready tone that feels & responds exactly the way a tube amp should. Now every Revv amp includes this functionality. Whether you're a set it & forget it "one sound" type of player or you dive deep into the Torpedo Remote app for mic placement, EQ, reverb, & more, you're going to love having a perfect mix-ready tone from an XLR cable every time so you can focus on the music. Tube amp vs modeler? Why not a genuine tube amp with all the benefits of a modeler? The Generator 100P MK3 is a great traditional tube amp & you could never touch these. We are happy to customize the look of our amps & cabinets for you. While we have a stock spec for each model you can readily find in stock at our wide selection of dealers worldwide, we also offer complete customization of things like tolex, chassis color, grille cloth, piping, & more! This includes a visual builder so you can see exactly what the finished product will look like. Even if you're not buying anything right now, it's really fun to mess around with. Some guitarists like black & some guitarists want their gear to stand out from the crowd. We're happy to accommodate both!
